I had platinum solar add 6 panels to my existing system and refinance my loan but they never paid the original loan now I have 2 solar loans and they won't even return my phone calls and they are never in the office when I go in there.

Still paying over $70 a month for my electric plus the solar loan. Also doesn't look like the loan is 1.9% interest like I was promised. It looks like half of each payment is being applied to interest. I am extremely disappointed. I have called a few times with no response.

Beware. We are over 6 months in from install and our system is not yet finished but its been paid for. We had technical issues with our solar controllers from day one. Now, twice theyve replaced the controllers and we have old beat up refurbished equipment. My sidewalk was not properly put back and Ive had a few people injured tripping on it at night. Worst of all. Paid for batteries for complete home battery backup and theyve been saying the batteries are in back order. I checked with Atlas (manufacturer) and they tell me its all in stock. Something shady is going on. I still have an extensive power bill from the power company that Im paying. No dates are being provided for completion and I get fast talking / lip service from the owner. Really wanted to be happy and provide a good reference to the many dozens that were watching to see how it went with us before they pulled the trigger. Id say to not use this company. I hope this review lights a fire under them to make it right. Next step for us is courts process if this company doesnt step up and do the right thing. Ill leave this honest review up as long as it takes them to make this right.
