Yes, I am related to Chad-but I would give this rating even if I wasnt! Chad takes time to listen to your concerns, and then takes whatever time you need to address your problems. He is very knowledgeable and very accurate about diagnosis. He is very kind, and has an amazing bedside manner! Also the office people are great too! I would recommend Chad and this practice to anyone!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CONSERVICE INSURANCE Not happy about the lack of communication regarding billing. We prechecked our visit and participation with Cigna and understood we only had a $35 copay that would cover the visit for mental health. I was very surprised when we got a bill for over $150 that included a new patiet psychotherpy consulation charge that wasn't covered. I was not informed of this charge upfront. The staff is nice but I'm not happy I received an unexpected large bill when I understood the visit for mental health would be fully covered. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CONSERCVICE INSURANCE

DO NOT GO HERE WITH CONSERVICE INSURANCE Billing is not upfront. There are charges that are not communicated to the patients of what may or may not be covered under insurance. When a patient fulfills their copay at time of service that should consider all charges. I gave them my insurance cards before and they shouldve done the pre-certifications for their office and told me as patient. I referred a family member here and got an additional $150 bill for uncovered services. This place may be good at heart or look or sound that way but they are not up front with their billing practices. I called for mental health therapy covered 100% and AFTER I was checked in and getting health diagnostics done it was evident I wasnt at a psychologists office. They couldnt more clearly stated their practice purpose on the phone on my scheduling call. Im extremely upset with the practices of this facility. Wanky billing that is underinformed office practices. This is a nurse practitioner office, not a doctor office. The lack of upfront transparency in billing is absurd to get over $150 of new patient assessment that is not covered under insurance. Where else does this?!!!? Just go to Sterling or anywhere else in the valley. Chad speth was nice but the billing practices are bogus and this is NOT as transparent of an office as it should be. This is not a mental health therapy visit which they do not clarify on the phone. They can prescribe meds and attempt to charge a big new patient flat fee that isnt covered and not tell you about it.
