Update 1/2023 they were nice when we used them the first time. They gave us a discount to leave a review. We actually planned to use them to add more granite in our basement bathroom and kitchen, but when I arranged to get our kitchen sink replaced they never showed up and ghosted me. I tried calling and texting and couldnt get a response. So we went with a different company for our granite and we love the new company. Sometimes being willing to do the little jobs gets you a better job in the future. Martha at the design center helped us. She was great. We already had picked out a granite type and she showed us the slabs she thought we would like. It was fast and smooth and everything went well.

It was a pleasure working with KBC for my master bath. Karla made it a quick and easy process. I'm very happy with the end result and I would love to work with them again.

I bought a vanity and granite top from Erik. He was great to work with in the beginning, very quick to respond and quite flexible. I really liked the product and decided I wanted him to do all the countertops in the kitchen in my basement. When I went to go finish the plumbing on the bathroom vanity I realized that the 3 holes that had been drilled were not the right size. I had requested the standard 4 inch centerset. As you cant see in the pictures it is about 5.5 inches. The faucet will not fit. I notified Erik and he immediately apologized and accepted fault stating "i'm not sure how that happened but we will take care of it." He told me he would have a new one made with the right size in a couple of days. Fast forward a few weeks I have called him and texted him numerous numerous times with no response. He was also going to come template the kitchen and get that going and again after asking several times about that I had no response. I contacted a different company who came and templated the kitchen and installed the countertops in less than 1 week. But now I am still stuck with a vanity that I cant put a faucet in. The holes are too wide for any of the standard 4 in centerset ones and too narrow for the 8 inch faucet. I could put a single faucet in but then just have to open holes on the side. I paid several hundred dollars for this unit and know I'm not sure what to do with it. Very frustrated and upset. This is one of the last things holding up my project.

My experience with KBC was very positive. Initially we picked out a granite slab for our new custom home that was the perfect match. Unfortunately the slab we choose was damaged in the cutting process and was deemed unusable. Albeit disappointing, Eric went out of his way to find a suitable slab to meet our needs. The end result is a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Eric and Val were great to work with. I would recommend KBC to anyone looking for a quality product.
