        My laundry was lost twice. Hundreds of dollars in clothing. I have waited and reached out several times to get it resolved. But its never been taken care of. My card was also charged two more times after I had canceled the service. I reached out and again, nothing has been done. I know that Im not the only one who has had their laundry lost. I wish my experience wouldve been different. I think this is a great concept. Hopefully they have made improvements and it doesnt happen to anyone else.
