I am an old school - old guy - not at all into the internet, social media, etc. never have, never will be... However, I need to provide my first ever review because of the AMAZING, ABOVE & BEYOND service I received from Mrs. Sherri Clark @ Sam T. Evans located in Midvale, Utah. I live in a very remote area in the mountains outside of Lake Tahoe, California. In December "23 the rear glass door on my Raider Nomad II camper shell broke. Raider brand camper shells are the absolute top of the line product manufactured in Canada & they were bought out by Leer several years ago and Leer has since discontinued the Raider product line. I have never worked so hard in my life to find a part - I am a retired business owner and parts were my game. I spent December, January and February moving heaven and earth trying to find this replacement glass door to no avail. It was now basically obsolete, or so I was told by everyone I contacted across the country as well as in Canada. In early January '24 I made contact with Mrs. Sherri Clark @ Sam T. Evans. Sherri worked tirelessly attempting to find my glass door - at this point she was my last resort and I was hoping for a miracle. Sherri hit many roadblocks as did I - BUT SHE NEVER GAVE UP!!! Yesterday morning, March 7, 2024 my miracle happened - I get a call from Sherri informing me that my glass door was waiting for me at a Leer dealership in Carson City, Nevada named Custom Truck Accessories - a one hour drive down the mountain from where I live. Sherri had already pre-arranged everything from shipping my glass door all the way thru setting up the installation with Custom Truck. At Sherri's behest, Custom Truck immediately scheduled me in, even though they were booked up with appointments and installed my Original Equipment glass door. A shout out to Custom Truck as well! In conclusion, I must say that it is so refreshing to know that there are still those out there who care and will put forth their absolute best effort in order to service their customers - even if, as in in my case, I happen to live three states away, and most likely in reality, Sherri and I will probably never actually meet each other. ***Sherri, I love you girl, thank you so much!!!
