    The front desk was nice but I couldn't stay there. As soon as I walked in my room it smelled so bad. The bed had blood on it and the toilet paper had poop on it. I had a small asthma attack. I walked out and I went to the front desk told them I could not stay and found a hotel elsewhere

    Everything was very bad. Towels completely dirty without changing. The sheets were also stained and also found hair. The pillowcase was filthy yellow. Disgusting. Cigarette butt holes all over the furniture in the room, the bathtub was a disaster. I found hair in the sheets. The curtains stained with drops of blood. It has been the worst establishment I have ever stayed in. Not recommended at all.

    The rates are WAY too high. We have to deal with homeless smoking drugs on the stairwells, homeless people being loud at all hours of the night. Have to make sure theres no homeless drug addicts outside before we let the kids out when were going to leave to do stuff. We need either a discounted rate or yall need to fix this problem. The Wi-Fi here is a joke. Constantly getting kicked off and you try and watch a movie and its buffering constantly. Tom is the only good thing about this place hell put the homeless people in their place. Theres roaches EVERYWHERE, you leave a light off and then you turn the light on and they scurry. This isnt how to run a hotel. Most the other staff is rude. Jamie is great and the older guy thats always wearing a suit is pretty awesome. If this wasnt the cheapest option I wouldnt be here, but unfortunately 2k a month just doesnt seem right for everything thats going on. Rooms are getting broken into, either yall need to fix this place. Or charge less.
