        As an employee, my personal experience so far has been all positive with RISE. I have worked for other companies working with people with intellectual disabilities and this company has been the best paying and the easiest to work with. I have only been with the company for 2 months so far but so far have enjoyed my time and employment and plan to continue with the company for a year or two to come.

        RISE has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere that helps many individuals receive the help they need. The staff are all loving and kind, with the motivation to help their clients reach their full potential. If you see the staff in action, it is as if they work as one big family. The services provided are incredibly meaningful for both clients and staff, which make me incredibly grateful that programs like this are available.
