    This place told us we needed a new transmission, so we took the car to another mechanic and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. So glad I didn't spend well over $2k to fix something that wasn't even broken! Happy I got a second opinion from the mechanic I've used for years.

    Ive had my car here 4 times for the same reason CEL and coolant leak and hard time starting my car still has hard time starting and still has CEL went to look at the engine noticed that there is a bolt that isnt attached to anything from my coolant line. Its been there 4 times and they didnt notice? And my car is still struggling to start? Wouldnt recommend. Only reason I go there is because my car has a warranty and they make me go there. And it stays there for DAYS and they can never give me a loaner vehicle and I live in salt lake. Thanks guys!

    I had my car towed in for a gas leak. Over half a tank of gas leaked out under the hood of my car. My car had a recall for the fuel rail, so they assumed this was the problem. My car was there for 4 days, I asked that they run a full diagnostics to make sure there wasn't any other issues. But I got a call stating that they only ran a $200 diagnostics on my drivers seat heater, which I know is the cost for a full diagnostics. I again expressed concerns about issues with the car. I was told I would receive a call back after they took another look, but that never happened. I received a voicemail that the car was ready for pickup. I was so confused, because I was never told what was actually wrong. When I picked my car up after multiple failed attempts to reach them; I expressed my frustration about the situation. It was clear that I was getting no where, so I paid a $100 deductible for the 1 thing that actually got fixed. The light I asked to be fixed still doesnt work and my car drives horrible now. When I went out to leave my car would barely start, it was completely out of gas. At no time did anyone tell me I may need to bring gas, which I would've been happy to do. So we barely made it to a gas station. After filling up the car it still struggled to start. It STINKS SO BAD OF GAS! My daughter and I couldn't breath from the gas fumes. They didn't even wash the car after 8 gallons of gas leaked out. They didn't advise that any other services be done like air filters or air vents being cleaned. NOTHING!! My daughter and I both ended up with carbon monoxide poisoning. We have had to miss multiple days of work and school. I still cannot stand by the car and it struggles to start now, never had 1 problem before they touched it. I have to leave my garage cracked or the fumes consume my garage from the car. Every time we have to go anywhere we have to have the windows down and end up with severe headaches and vomiting. I have been so stressed and sick from this situation. I am reaching out to other dealerships to find out what the protocol is for something like this and VW about the recall protocol and protection is for this situation. I would have been happy to pay for whatever needed to be done, but I wasn't even asked or given options. The also broke clips and covers werent put back on things that they took apart. This is gross negligence, my daughter and I could've been killed. The reason for the recall was because of fires and they left gas all over my car in side and out!! If you have encountered negligence like this please reach out to me. I want to make sure no one else goes through anything like this. I am a single mom just trying to make ends meet and my daughter is in college. This has put both of us in a horrible situation. It's just horrible that these places do this and now my car barely starts after a week at this dealership.
