Robert Dodson and his SavATree crew have done an excellent job for us! They've provided tree pruning, removal, fertilization, and treating for disease and pests. We also use them for lawn fertilization, aeration, and power raking. Robert is a very good arborist, he listens, observes, makes well thought out recommendations, and has good follow-up. Our trees and lawn are healthy and beautiful thanks to SavATree!!

Robert and Cole are amazing!!! I have a backyard with more trees than I know what to do with. Robert has helped me multiple times in getting my trees to optimal health. He responds quickly, worked with my schedule, and everyone brought on my property was professional and efficient. Love SavATree!!

I hired a group from SavATree to prune many trees for my mother. SavATree charges the going rate for a tree pruning company, I paid close to $3700. Whomever SavATree sent to trim my 35 year old Aspen that is right in front of the home didnt know what they were doing and/or wasn't trained correctly. They trimmed it far too much on the one side thereby leaving a big hole and a misdistribution of weight which can cause problems. It is an art and science to develop the right eye for this kind of work and to understand how a tree grows; this is partly why tree trimming and pruning are so expensive in my view. I let the company know early on and waited until the next pruning season to correct it, they came out but didn't correct the tree. In order to correct the tree there would need to be considerable time spent on it. It was an old beautiful tree, they were reckless in shaping it. I had to pay another company a further $600 dollars to correct not only the Aspen, but my Walnut and Cherry tree (Aspen and Walnut tree photos attached). The arborist stated the limbs were "lion-tailed" which can cause the branches to break, another issue was not alternating the limbs when cutting hence the gaps. I sent to the manager an email stating that it may be worth relaying this feedback and properly train the person who was trimming this Aspen, that email was ignored. I called in to get help on my elderly Uncle's trees in his yard. He had an elm & a box elder, one of which was pushing out the fence of the HOA on his property line, so we needed the job done quickly. Patrick, the gentleman from SavATree who helped us, couldn't have been more professional. He took care of gave us written bids, knew his craft, made recommendations, worked with us on price, and followed up, called us back, all the things you want from a business, communicated with BOTH of us separately, sent me photos of the issues when he did the bid. Not only that, when they were done, they moved the HOA fence back for my Uncle! We are both so impressed and will recommend "SavATree" to anyone who needs tree help! Excellent job! Cole Petersen came out today to look at a pine tree that has been stressed over the last few years by drought. He made suggestions and showed me how to better water it, as I had recently begun soaking it, but incorrectly. Thankfully, he said its not showing signs of disease, but suggested possibly a biannual insect injection treatment. He was kind enough to also look at the other trees on the property and offer some watering/trimming/mulching suggestions for another small spruce that has failed to thrive. I appreciated his helpful but very low pressure approach - enough that I asked for a bid on a much larger and difficult hedge removal job - something I wasnt even considering having addressed at this time. My initial contact with SavATree was very positive, scheduling was easy, and communication was great! I will not hesitate to reach out for any arbor care needs in the future.
