Holiday Inn Express & Suites Price, an IHG Hotel

The service was exceptional. I was in a hurry and left my jacket in my room. The awesome cleaning lady, who drives a camaro and owns a harley, found it. While I was driving away, the older gentleman at the front desk took quick action and called me immediately. I was able to turn around and get my jacket which was actually a Christmas present from my wife. She would have never forgiven me if I had lost it. I will definitely be returning to this location again. Thank you to an amazing crew Rooms: The rooms are updated, nice hotel. Very well maintained and clean.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had booked conference room for a family function. Brittany the events coordinator and the manager Maleen went above and beyond to name it perfect for us. Have stayed in then past and will continue to always Stay with this location in Price UT.

Managment, we want to use your facilities! I did not stay here, but because of the Tesla charging stations I have come in and done business in their lobby and purchase some snacks several times. Always a 5 star experience. Id love to sit in your hot tub or walk on your treadmill for 20-30 minutes while I charge. Happy to pay!

Last weekend, while staying at your hotel, I was appalled at the way the kitchen staff was dressed. I thought maybe she was a guest until she repeatedly went in and out of the kitchen. Her attire consisted of jeans and an almost see-through shirt, unlike other staff, which were wearing professional uniforms. Besides her long dark hair and her attitude of not wanting to be there, she never once changed her gloves. She touched doors, boxes, her face, and her phone all while preparing food to be served. You could even hear her phone conversation all the way across the lobby. Needless to say, we didn't stay for breakfast. We didn't want complimentary salmonella or ecoli from her germ infested gloves nor her inappropriate phone conversation. Absolutely disgusting. Do better. Rooms: Fine Food & drinks: Kitchen staff/server unprofessional, unhygienic, didn't eat breakfast due to fear of getting sick. Noteworthy details: Most staff were impeccable and courteous, rooms were descent, kitchen staff (lady with long dark hair) was a complete horror show!
