My husband and I woke up to a leak in the basement that caused our carpet to get really wet. Steve came over and offered a lot of great advice that ultimately saved us a lot of money. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and a super nice guy! We will definitely be going to him again if we run into anymore mishaps in the future! Steve is a life saver. We had some wet carpet etc. in the basement, and were worried about mold so we called Steve. We were prepared to pay because we know how much these kind of things usually cost, but Steve came out and instead of taking our money just advised us on how to improve what we were already doing because we didnt actually need professional intervention. That's a real kind of honesty you don't see everyday.
