The Guthrie Cottages

This place is no good. I have a disability and a compromised system, I am living with mold, no insulation in the walls, bath tub that is rusting and cant even get Angie on the phone. But because it has nothing to do with electricity I was told there's no health hazard. They had all the garbage cans and dumpster taken out and we didnt even get any notice. Did they expect us to just keep our garbage inside for a week? If we do not pay our rent on time we get a 3 day pay or move out, so when do we get to charge you extra? This place could be 100% better if they would get rid of angie and put someone in the office who would want to work. Don't try to call the office past 3 because no one will answer. If you try to call after or before a holiday good luck, she wont be there. If you are on low budget then this is the place. I get charged for a 2 bedroom but only have 1 bedroom.

Been here for about a year it's quiet clean Angie our landlord is very understanding Frank the maintenance man is very helpful

Having an apartment with a garage is great. I've only lived here a couple months but have been impressed with the staff. It's a quiet neighborhood which is surprising with how many people live on this road. Everyone I've spoken with is nice and friendly, everyone waves when driving through. My apartment was remodeled before I moved in and it looks great. All new appliances, fresh paint and new floor

I really enjoy living here. Management is friendly, nicely landscaped, prices are fair. I even like my neighbors, and that's hard to say about other places I have lived. Would recommend moving here
