        Amazing experience. I was from out of town and in a bind with my car - service engine light. They checked out my car and helped me get it back on the road at 4 PM on a Friday. So happy and relieved. They were friendly and kind and took the time to explain the problem. All the for JLM Automotive.

        Unfortunately not impressed. My daughter resides in St. George to attended college. Her only vehicle started leaking break fluid from the front wheel and she took it to JLM. They told her both front and rear brake lines were bad and they also found that all brake pads /rotors needed replaced. Cost $1000. After questioning the price it was dropped to $700. Lucky for us I had a friend and a mechanic in the area who went with them to pick it up and inspect it before any work was to be done. It cost him $60 to repair. 1 brake line fixed and all other problems reported were in good shape. I would hate to think that due to it being a young desperate female, someone would attempt to take advantage of the situation.

        I went in to get a oil change and have a Courtesy check and they came back and told me that my vel Gasetts were starting to Link that I should get them repaired as soon as I could so since my car was still under warranty. I had them repaired a week later and they did a great job. I would go back.

        JLM was amazing. Very fair and very honest. We were in town pulling a large 5th wheel with our F-350 and had issues with the truck. JLM fit us in on a Friday when no one else in town could see our truck. They had to keep it over the weekend but got back on it first thing Monday and got us out that day by fixing an electrical issue. The rate was very fair and the fix was successful. Highly recommended them to everyone. Thank you for the quick and successful work!
