James, we apologize that you had a subpar experience with us today. This description does not meet our expectations of the standard of service that we provide. Listening to the voicemail that you left in a sales-related inbox, it appears that perhaps there may be a misunderstanding of the services that we provide. Your call routed to the sales team when you called as this is the option that was selected. However, all members of that team were in meetings when you called. They do monitor and return calls within an hour or 2 when a voicemail is left. By way or clarification, we are not a computer repair shop. We provide contract cybersecurity and IT support services for mid-sized businesses. Due to the nature of our business, we are in a locked, secured facility without public access. Our dispatcher that monitors the alerts that a guest is in the lobby had stepped away from their desk for an urgent matter when you visited our building. And had forgot to alert the back-up Dispatcher to monitor for those alerts while they stepped away. We will own that mistake and are taking action to correct it. We wish you well with your computer repair and thank you for giving us an opportunity to assess where we can improve our services for our clients.
