Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

We were supposed to arrive to the hotel at 1am after a long day of international travel. After having flight delays, we arrived at 5:40 am just looking to sleep for a few hours only to be told you can't check in after 5 am. They said they were at 100% capacity so they couldn't give us our room. I said you booked our room in the last 40 minutes? No...but since it's the next day you can't have it. So our room was still up there empty, but they wouldn't let us have it at that point. She even reached out to a manager and we still couldn't go take a nap in the room that was still empty. We travel thru here often and we will never come to this hotel again.

If you want ANY sleep at all you better get the 3rs floor because if not the ceilings sound like they are paper thin and you will hear loud footsteps from the people above you! We had very little sleep because of this because we were the unfortunate ones to stay below what sounded like 50 kids jumping around ALL night long!!

Location is good, but had alot of problems with the room. Some got resolved and I am happy about that, but the internet connection is horrendous. I kept telling the receptionists that the internet connection was bad and that I had to use my cellular data to have video work meetings and one of the receptionists kept denying saying that noone else complained about it. Nothing was done about it although I stayed for 7 nights. I am very disappointed

Not much around the hotel have to drive for more variety food Rooms: Nice rooms
