        The front desk clerk, Alex, was sweet and helpful. The room is what it is, if you need a clean place to lay your head near the airport, this location is acceptable.

        In a world that can seem so cold or unkind we find proof to the contrary when we meet someone like we did at Motel 6. By the time we got there we had had our fill of awful customer service and honestly just awful behavior from other affordable hotels Alex greeted us with kindness and instantly worked tirelessly to help with our needs. Not only did she do her job, she went above and beyond to find a way to accomplish what we needed and was so patient. Sometimes just that bit of extra kindness can mean so much to a person. Today I was that person. Thank you Alex!!

        HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ALEX WHO LITERALLY SAVED US. We had been screwed around by multiple other motels in the area & Alex was SO beyond kind to us & treated us like actual human beings. I can't explain how stressful today has been & she absolutely turned our entire day & our entire trip around. Absolutely blown away with the customer service we received. It may not be a fancy place, but I don't see any other business treating anyone anywhere near as well as we have been treated here. Thank you SO much Alex. :)
