Mindful Healing Journeys

I have been newer to practicing yoga and have been so happy to learn from Anni. She is amazingly talented at her practice and teaches from a place of expertise and kindness. Yoga is such a formative form of movement and learning from someone who helps you grow and improve has been a very cool journey. Shes awesome and would totally recommend!
