Sharkey's Cuts For Kids - Saratoga Springs

We went to Sharkeys when we lived in South Jordan and loved it and were so excited to have one closer to Lehi. So far, visits have been hit or miss and the service is lacking. After my most recent visit, I have decided I wont be returning. I had an appt and was a few minutes late and was told they took someone else because they were early, which means they would have been at least 10-15 minutes early? I was told I could wait 15 minutes and they could cut my sons hair. Hard pass. Im not going to be treated like a walk in just because someone else happened to be early. Never again.

My sons haircut turned out good. The lady was very patient with him and definitely good with children.

$45 for the service and haircut is a complete joke! Wish I had read the reviews first because I would have never gone. We paid for wash, cut, blow dry and I assumed at least vacuum off the hair from my son, but got none of those. I asked 3-4 times for a Mohawk and showed pictures of the cookie cutters company and how they did awesome, but yet he looks like Joe Dirt with an uneven mullet!! Terrible!!!! Look at the back of his shirt. This place has cool environment for the kids but should be out of business soon! Service: Kids' cuts
