    Worst experience ever..Paid $75 to overnight a package..it never arrived and package had perishable cookies that cost $80..This store did want to take any responsibility and give any customer service to help make things right..They just kept stating they are only a 3rd party middlemen and basically have no relationship with UPS.. so nothing is their fault..What a Joke!!

    The store is always clean and the employees are absolutely fantastic every time! I cannot recommend this store enough, in terms of the UPS side of things. The DARE spokesperson outside every few months is absolutely annoying, however. Please stop allowing this failure of a program to beg for donations and preach incorrect information outside of the store.

    I just had a pretty bad experience with customer service at this location. I was trying to ship a high-priced item to my daughter. I was sending it to a P.O. Box address and because of this the young lady said I couldn’t get insurance and it risked taking 10 days because she said the post office was behind. I always ask questions to understand the fine print. I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t smiling but I was not rude. I was thinking through the issues she was presenting and trying to decide if I should risk sending this high-priced item. As I was starting to say Oky let’s do it the young lady told me I was being rude. I was honestly surprised. I hadn’t said anything negative to her. Just asked follow up questions to understand. But as I think about it she made some derogatory comments about what I was shipping and whether I was allowed to send it to my daughter. It wasn’t illegal. It wasn’t inappropriate in any way…but definitely not her business. And her comments weren’t about knowing what was in my package. I had already told her because I knew they needed to track those details. But how appropriate my package was WAS NOT any of her business. But I didn’t actually say that. I just said I was sending it. I guess she thinks you’re rude if you don’t bow to her opinion. Anyway when she announced that I was rude I was shocked and said I didn’t think I was but perhaps she was being rude. At which point she told me she would not be serve me. I took a picture of her and she refused to let me know her name. She had ALL of my details I has none of hers. I’m just really unsettled about this. I’m sure she thinks she had every right to be this way…and I suppose she does. But honestly avoid this store. I’ve gone before because it is conveniently located but I am rethinking my options. I have been a customer since they opened and I am not returning without an apology and the owner asking me to explain my experience. I am simply stunned.
