Fair warning: I do not live here, but I did try to schedule an appointment to tour. I had an appointment to tour 5 days ago, showed up to my appointment, only to be ghosted by the agency. I called several times to communicate with them, ask where they were, etc., and did not get a response. Later, I called after our scheduled appointment time (I waited the entire 30 minutes) to try and reschedule. I did not get a call back, but I did get a random email saying that I have a rescheduled appointment (with no time attached). I still have not received a call after almost a week. I can't imagine how unresponsive to tenants they would be if they won't even respond to someone trying to rent from them.

Very nice place to stay with families

I lived here for about 2 years and really enjoyed my neighbors, as well as the neighborhood. It's very spacious inside, you don't hear your neighbors, and the abundant windows allow for great Utah sunshine to come in. Snow shoveling/plowing was sporadic during heavy snows, so you had to figure it out on those days. My biggest complaint was while trying to leave and lack of response from the main office. Despite providing military orders to leave (month-to-month lease) more than 30 days out, I was still charged the "re-renting" fee for over $800 into the next month (deducted from your security deposit). It was a nice place to stay, but the end frustrations while moving across the country were too much to consider ever leasing with again. I hope others have a better experience if choosing this property to lease from.
