DO NOT MOVE HERE. We moved here from out of state as it has the appearance of a super nice, no issue complex similar to luxury apartments we have lived in before. However, this place is an absolute disaster. Bikes are being stolen from WITHIN the building, cars are being broken into regularly. Shockingly, a group of homeless people were just discovered living on the 7th floor (3/30/24). It is not a safe place to live, even inside the building. This is so far from a "Luxury Apartment" Its tough to comprehend. There is a water issue leaving all residents with sulfur water, which leaves your apartment, dishes , and body, smelling like eggs. If you are looking for a luxury apartment, don't be fooled by the pictures... look elsewhere. I can not stress this enough- this is not the place for you.

Moved in at the beginning of January. Overall, I've had a great experience and love the property. However, we've been experiencing continuous issues related to a putrid odor in the building's water supply and Greystar has yet to identify any sort of long-term solution. This is something that should have been resolved before they started leasing, and it's extremely concerning that there has been no indication it's something they'll be able to fix. For now, I'd caution against leasing at this property, although I'd happily revise my rating as soon as the odor is permanently removed and Greystar can prove the water is safe for all uses.

Great place to live if youve lost your sense of smell! The water smell is absolutely horrible. It is so bad that you need to open your windows to air out your apt after taking a shower. Personally, I did not have any water issues before the apt's "fix" of going to soft water. If I had to guess, some units that didn't have a lot of use due to the low occupancy of the building, had a smell to their water after it had been sitting for awhile. The "state of the art" and boasted "very expensive" soft water filter has now only guaranteed that all units have terrible smelling water consistently on top of the wonderful slimy feel that comes with soft water. I guess equality right? The common response (excuse) from Greystar takes little accountability and shifts all blame to the "city water." Well, I have lived and worked in South Salt Lake for the better part of a decade and have yet to see this problem anywhere. Maybe the Bowers is getting it's very own special water supply? Whatever the cause, it is still the responsibility of Greystar to hold up a decent, and comfortable living space for it's residents. I want to make it clear that the few employees working the Bowers locally have been great and I'm sure are doing everything within their power to help. However, this is not a problem that a few can handle alone. What I see is a few good people that are under supported in their roles, and do not have the resources to resolve major issues. So, don't sign that lease without cranking on that hot water first. Oh and don't use the bike storage, you will most certainly get your bike stolen. Otherwise great building and local management. P.s. the only response I want to see from this review is: Fixed!

After getting a great tour from Erik at the Bowers, I'm liking the apartment complex more and more.
