    Brought my carpet machine to get repaired 3 weeks later still nothing being done. I talked to Chris Tilby to see when I could come in to see when I could get it fixed. He never called back I called again someone on the other end of the phone said call back in an hour he never answered horrible service DON'T GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. It's funny how I got a response from the owner on a post but I couldn't get him to call me back, after going to the office multiple times. Like I said before I picked up the carpet machine and went on you tube and fixed it myself in about 30 minutes. I should have done that first.

    The staff are wonderful (especially Yolanda), but the owner Chris is the rudest business owner I've ever met. He's grouchy, standoffish, and will rip you off. If you are buying some basic stuff like chemicals, mops, etc, you won't have to deal with the owner, but if you purchase any equipment that will require any future servicing (like a battery replacement) than you'll have the misfortune of dealing with Chris. I cannot stress this enough: he will rip you off, and he won't even have the decency to smile at you while he's doing it. I took a machine in for a repair that realistically should have costed around $500, give or take $100, but he did the classic "your blinker fluid needs to be replaced" dishonest mechanic thing, and ended up charging me a grand. When I called him to talk about it, he just yelled at me. Find another place!!!

    Without a doubt the best Customer Service,Knowledge and prices in town. Chris and his staff have so much knowledge in this business and always take the time to make sure you have the best product at the best price irrespective of you buying for the home or for your business. They keep all products in stock at all times. I save a fortune buying my cleaning products in gallon containers and use way less as they are so much better than the supermarket cleaners.

We apologize for the delay and frustration. It takes time to diagnose and then order parts. we get extremely busy and cant always get back to customers right away. We have been very short handed as well.. We do apologize for your inconvenience.

We do apologize for your bad experience. When a machine is brought in for repair we pride ourselves on doing the job the right, we do not like doing the job only half way. We like to keep the machines running the best they can so that our customers are happy with the way there machine cleans, it also saves customers time when they don't have to keep bringing there machine in for repairs as often, as it was fixed properly the first time. Parts cost money as does the labor, just like a mechanic charges an hourly rate. We do too. If i recall we did take a few hundred off the final bill as well to try to make things better for you our customer it is unfortunate that you had such a bad experience with us.
