They raised monthly rate quite drastically after the 6-month re-evaluation. I spoke with one of their employees when I first got my storage unit in January 2023. I got in a 10x15 for $77 which was a great price. The employee mentioned that after 6 months theyd re-evaluate the price. I asked what a typical increase was and he said it was around 10-15%. Fast forward to today, they just raised my monthly rate to $106 a whopping 38% increase. So beware, they can raise your monthly rate quite largely at the 6-month re-evaluation, after all your belongings are stuffed into a unit. Im sure they bank on people being lazy and not wanting to move their stuff. Im giving it a 3-star because (1) Lisa there is exceptionally kind and (2) their prices were/are good.

This storage place is great! I've had 2 units through them before, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I'm never bugged when moving things in or out of my units. They keep everything super clean and make repairs to the pavement when needed. The gate has always worked well. I have had all good experiences at this facility!
