Very helpful, I had to purchase a new battery for my truck. Salesman was very helpful and even installed new one for me. I had recently had shoulder surgery and was not able to lift it .

My husband stopped in Monday, 11/27/23 at around 8:30-9:30 A.M. After waiting awhile for someone to come up front they asked how they could help him. Knowing that advanced has loaner tools he asked if he could fill his tire with air and said the two gas stations he had stopped at previously were out of order. The employee replied thats convenient and then asked a second employee in the back. The employee in the back replied no, no, no, no, he has to buy it. The employee that was speaking to my husband then said how much money do you got because we only sell them Both employees acted unprofessionally and downright rude, when a simple sorry we only sell them would have more than sufficed.

I applied to work at this store. The website listed FT and PT opportunity. They called me right away and solidified a time for an interview which I scheduled around my other fulltime job, which I mentioned. I show up, I mention I am here to see Kyle, both are busy fine. Kyle finishes his sale and passes off his wiper install to the other guy. Never introduces that he is Kyle or that he will be with me. He farts around on the computer for another 5 minutes and I ask if he is Kyle and replied yup. Then he doesn't even take me out back he asked me what my availability is. I said a better question is what does the store need for hours right now and I can see what I can fulfill. He says I need someone fulltime 6 days on one day off. The minute I mentioned I have a fulltime job he talks a little bit but turns his back and starts walking away from me. He further mentions they're getting away from part time because they never pan out. Well Sir your lack of professionalism and your people skills would likely be the suspect of why you cant retain anyone. I left with if things change let me know to now I don't care. That level of poor leadership shows me you're not someone I would want to work for anyway. I have previously worked at advance and for 7 years. I have goals in mind and I would have worked out longer term than you're used to. In fact I was the only one who hit sales goals at my store over and over. I was the only elite performer at my store all while juggling school and my personal life. I hope you listen to what I am saying and act more professional to those who seek employment in the future. The previous review is spot on with lack of professionalism.
