802 Eye Care

I have been a client of 802 Eye Care since Dr. Pincombe took over Dr. Meeker's practice. Not only has the care I have received there been spectacular, but so have her staff. Recently, a pair of glasses I purchased through them 4 years ago broke and were unrepairable. I was able to schedule an appointment for an eye exam (to ensure my prescription was up-to-date), but it wasn't going to be for a couple of months. When I went into the office to see if they were able to fix the glasses, they not only offered to set me up with a new set of frames, with my current prescription, but they advised they would replace the lenses with any updated prescription free of charge at the time of the exam. When I went to pay for the new glasses today, I was informed that they would wait until my exam to settle up with me. That is GREAT service. I was in a panic that I would have to rely on my contacts until my appointment, but they immediately got me a new pair of glasses within less than 24 hours (with a frame of my choosing) and knowing that I would only have to bill my insurance once, with the proper lenses.

I have always had fast, respectful, professional service at 802 eye care for regular eye exams. I have never been pressured into buying glasses or contacts, communication is clear, and the store is comfortable with a nice waiting area.

Ive always been happy with the doctors and staff, frames are quite pricey as are most offices. The very limited hours on Saturdays are a bummer- they only stay open until 1pm.

I previously left a bad review but decided to come back and realized, maybe I was having a bad day or they just were having a bad one. I would definitely recommend going a few times before leaving a bad review. Its a great place and they are very helpful also.
