        I absolutely love this hotel and its staff. Everyone is very welcoming with a warm smile. Rooms: Clean and modern. Nearby activities: There is plenty to do. Safety: I felt safe Walkability: The hotel actually has trails and there are tons to do!! Food & drinks: Great breakfast

      We understand your frustration with the situation. There was a specific arrangement for early parking to accommodate the eclipse event, which was communicated multiple times via email to you that early arrivals would not be accepted and that during the time of the eclipse if you wanted to stay later or come in earlier we would accommodate the parking request for the fee. Your parking was included and free at our normal 4:00 PM checkin time as promised. You arrived just under two hours early. We had limited parking spots and turned away over 30 cars of people who were not guests wanting to park in our prime viewing area. It is unfortunate you had a long drive, it was an unprecedented event with more then double our population showing up. We had to secure our parking lot so that when you did arrive at the proper checkin time of 4:00 you had a free spot to park. Which you did. There were no hidden tactics, this was all explained multiple times and there was nothing that was a surprise.
