Kim and her team are outstanding. She has handled my taxes for years and saved me money every year. She is always available to answer my questions throughout the year. I highly recommend her for all of your accounting needs.

I used this office for two years to file my personal tax returns. This year there was a long delay at KLs offices between when they prepared my return and when they actually filed it, completely due to poor communication and their failure to give me forms to sign on THREE occasions. For the amount of money I paid, I dont believe I should have to hound them about the filing process and status, but that was necessary this year. To make matters worse, when I complained, they took no responsibility for their part in it, blaming me instead. After I found one error they made on last year's return, they told me to find another accountant to file an amendment. That turned out to be a blessing because my new accountant across the river found several other errors besides the one I found. I recommend against working with this group! If you do, be forewarned that you need to check their work and stay on top of the progress of your return through their system. And dont advocate for yourself too much or they will fire you.
