He previously worked for 18 years as an Investment Advisor in Hawaii.Tim has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Systems Technology (JC3) from Naval Post Graduate School as well as a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College .
