        Take forever to respond emails spacing the responses intentionally. A typical behavior of mediocre businesses that see the customer as a punishment.

        I arranged an appointment before a few days with the receptionist through a phone call. The receptionist said: the attorney will call you on that (date/time) to assure the consultation time with you. The attorney didnt call me, and I called them but nobody answered my calls. I went to their office on time, and it was closed. Jeffrey law office: good job for not being professional/responsive to your customers.
