Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dulles Airport Chantilly

TV doesn't work. All clocks were still 1hr behind and no option to reset. Room and staff were very nice.

Sink was clogged , very poor customer service, only saving grace is the location.

A list of irritants .... A dresser drawer across from the foot of the bed that kept rolling to a full open position, resulting in a night-time shin banger. Large tv that fills the room with blue light with its bright blue screen. No way to turn it off. I eventually found the plug & unplugged it. Weak shower that leaks over the floor. Totally insufficient light (in this age of lcd bulbs!) in the shower. Single ply newspaper quality toilet tissue. Card charged for 30% more than the actual bill (we'll see if this gets corrected; otherwise we complain to the credit card company. Hotel is in direct line with the landing pattern for Dulles airport. Totally confusing (& old) air conditioning / heating system. Never did get it adjusted. & I'm a Bonvoy platinum member ...

Nice place with clean rooms and very friendly staff would recommend as a comfortable and clean place to stay
