My ac decided to quit in my home all of the sudden. Brian was exceptional with working with me to figure out an immediate plan of action. They were able to squeeze me in on such short notice. Rob was able to come out quickly and give us a good estimate for a tankless water heater. The crew that came out to install was very professional and friendly and thorough. Definitely recommend Southside energy to anyone.

FYI, I'm a retired architect and have been around construction for over 50 years. Southside Energy replaced our old heat pump equipment and added a few additional branch ducts and diffusers. The crew did it all in one day. They were professional, courteous, kept me abreast of their progress and asked for my input about new diffuser locations. Replacing an existing unit in an attic with a low slope hip roof isn't any joy. But I never heard one complaint and nothing but great coordination within the crew. Rob, Rocky and Steven were terrific! Quoted, installed, and tested a new gas line to my cooktop quickly and professionally -all at a very reasonable cost. Communicated very well, showed up on time and coordinated tight scheduling with the City Inspector to expedite the process. Definitely will use their services again!
