When it became apparent that our house had to be sold, I did not know where to start. I reached out to a company based on a referral in July 2023 and unfortunately there was barely any foot traffic and no offers. There were at least four or more homes for sale in my neighborhood. I was told that it wasnt a sellers market and the rates were too high and that was the reason why our house was not selling. I noticed only one house sold on my street but after that, no one was coming to view not only my house but my neighbors had the same issues. I realized it was now November and still no changes even after dropping the price. I have been working with Reeds Real Estate for almost a decade and I would choose them every time. A few things that make them the best is their expertise in the field, their professionalism & communication. I have brought & sold numerous homes with them & now I am making money with them by flipping homes. They find off market properties for me. Did y'all hear me? THEY FIND THE PROPERTIES FOR ME! April & Ashton were simply amazing during our home buying process. From Ashton doing virtual showings (we purchased from out of state) to being able to do in person showings on short notice. He answered all of our questions and even showed us a property he wasnt sure would fit us, but we really wanted to check out. April has been nothing but helpful in all of my questions and concerns post-closing. We have already recommended Your Home Sold to a few fellow military families moving to the area!
