Go somewhere else where they actually value your business. Felt like I was not good enough for this agency. Poor response not much help at all.

Janet and her team are absolutely amazing! They helped me and 40 of my church members plan a trip to the Dominican Republic. I will continue to use Guardian Travel for all my travel needs.

Not happy with this place. I will not mention the lady's name, she was helpful in the beginning but I feel as though now that she has her money she's no longer interested. My girlfriends and I first time going on a cruise and we have done all of the paperwork ourselves. So I feel like what was the travel agent for they received their money and don't help at all. My cruise is on October 6th and we still have no papers allowing us to get on the island of Bermuda and she can't give us any direction on where to go or who to talk to to get this information. I did an email to the owner yesterday and still have not received a response. They have made this an emotional roller coaster that I don't even want to go on the trip anymore
