So very thankful to have had David recommended to us for our deck rebuild project. Our original deck was rotting through and we were hoping for someone honest to give us a realistic solution and had our best interest in mind. He was fantastic at answering all of our questions on the feasibility of a partial repair and helped us see the bigger picture of longevity depending on all options on the table. In the end we decided if we wanted it done right and have something that will last, we should invest in a full rebuild. And boy are we glad we did! He and his team worked quickly and efficiently to build us the perfect deck and we can't wait to spend many hours outdoors enjoying every bit of it. David is a highly capable worker and project manager. He and his crew skillfully executed a $55k+ renovation on our new home, updating it from the 1970s to our dream retirement home in Fredericksburg. They renovated and improved every room in the house, including replacing 85% of our entire 3000sqft flooring. David built a beautiful custom window panel stair railing that is a testament to his skill and craftsmanship. He constantly reassessed his team's work quality and when he wasn't satisfied, he went back and corrected or improved things at no extra cost, and with no prompting from us.
