        I was in a bind with paying my income taxes on time and Debbie Neal helped me out tremendously. She handled all the paperwork to initiate my credit union account and issued me a loan at about half the interest rate my credit cards would have charged. She even cut the checks and addressed the envelopes for mailing. All I needed to do was put stamps on them and I was DONE.
