Franklins' Family Barbershop

I had my locs done by Nesse, Im glad that I did! The shop itself exudes a welcoming environment. The barbers and stylists are quite friendly. They are all very good at what they do. It shows that they care about their clientele. They even help each other (like a family). It was my first time visiting the shop and getting my hair done by Nesse. Her demeanor was professional with an easy going personality. I usually take care of my own hair. However, I wanted a day to relax and unwind. So I wanted to find a stylist who could take care of my dreadlocks the same way I fix them.. She did not disappoint! During the appointment, she asked about the services I wanted and the style. I tried many of the services offered. My hair was detoxed, deep conditioned, retwisted, styled, etc. She didn't rush and took her time to ensure that it was precise. She did a great job and exceeded expectations! I will definitely return and recommend her to others!

Pete gave me a really good fade. High attention to detail and the atmosphere inside was really friendly and relaxed. Ill definitely be back.

I came into today not knowing what to expect. Someone blessed me with a nice fade and nice trim. You will never know what you done for me Unc, your haircut changed my life.

Despite their grief surrounding Mr. Franklin's sudden passing, his family has kept the legacy alive. They've hired some new talent and added new services. I went in for a haircut before my wife's birthday celebration dinner. My regular barber was occupied, so I took a chance on one of the new faces. I guess I was feeling especially trusting, because I asked her to get rid of my graying hair and make me look good. She rose to the challenge and hooked me up. She washed and dyed my hair and beard, gave me a superb fade, and tightened up the goatee. My wife loved it! I sent my son the next day and he walked out looking great too.
