Pasadena Villa Outpatient Treatment Center - Richmond

I am so happy Pasadena Villa was able to open their outpatient in Richmond, VA. I had the ability to tour both their Mclean and Richmond location and they are absolutely stunning. Kiara was able to review the services provided and show us the group and individual therapy spaces which were spacious and and comfortable. The team onsite was kind and more than willing to speak to their passions in working with their patients. I would highly recommend Pasadena Villa as they provide quality care to those in their community!

I toured their facility and Kiara was an amazing hostess. The tranquil facility is lovely and very conducive for healing.

If I could leave no stars, I would. So, Odyssey Behavioral opens a new location in Glen Allen (Richmond adjacent) and can't seem to respond to emails, telephone calls, or calls to the corporate office. I know the corporate line is suggested for business acquaintances only, but when you can't get in touch with the locals, where do you turn? The damnable thing about this is we're dealing with mental health and the lack of opening a communication line is one act that grinds rejection into the soul. I'm quite happy with my family at Zoe Therapy (look 'em up, they're great) but even they have sort of nudged me to take part Pasadena Villa. You advertised your open here on facebook, there was a link to you on the Odyssey Behavioral website, and you look like you're ready to go. But, it's been too many days and I've not even begun to fact-find (something I can't do without someone from you clinic). Tomorrow I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau to see about getting a little more traction on this stupid quest.
