Farhan and T&T Associates are absolutely amazing. There are a lot of HVAC companies out there that push replacement even though you don't need it, and Farhan is not one of them. He's honest, hard working, and VERY good at what he does. They do all my HVAC tune ups twice a year AND fix any breakdowns on my VERY old HVAC unit . would give him 10 stars if I could.

When it comes to a unique combination of professionalism, dedication to customers, value, and responsiveness there is only one choice: T&T Associates. I had an issue with my heating and called them. Instead of a generic voicemail, I actually talked to Farhan, the co-owner. He arrived promptly and was nothing but friendly and professional. He diagnosed my issue and replaced a faulty part within minutes. Not only did he fix my heating issue, but came back to check on it when I had a question. He also followed up by text. While I hope I don't need to call T&T for a while, I plan to have them replace my furnace when it's time - I know they will provide a personalized experience at a great value. There are a lot of HVAC repair/install options in NOVA, but few can provide a prompt, personalized service like T&T.
