Avoid this location. The black woman in the print station doesn't know how to use the equipment and is there for a paycheck. Just a small vocabulary and little technical knowledge. Shout out to the print station for completely missing the assignment. This location matches lynchburg and the surrounding areas. Disappointing is an understatement. I've warned you. Lol

They no longer sell American Made Disposable face masks...they now come from China...and for the past several weeks...a lot of horrible saturated COVID air is still lingering

I recently updated my OS on my Mac. I lost Microsoft office. I was under the impression I had to go purchase the entire $249 package again. Upon speaking with Lynn at the front desk, she told me I could contact Microsoft, they would look up my account, and I re-download it. I did and I appreciate her guidance. Thats why I continue to go to Staples. Customer service and always doing whats right for their patrons. Good job Lynn!!!
