        Do not waste your money and time! I have been waiting for over 3 months to get my flooring replaced because the installation was poor and they refused to refund me. Even after agreeing to have it replaced, they didn't do it! I have been calling and following up for months, but they simply don't seem to care. @llflooringofficial does not prioritize customer experience and hires bad contractors for installation.

        Good customer service experience and reasonable rates. Only four vs five star due to a limited amount of options for a specific hardwood size I was looking for.
