The lady Tracy who worked at the front desk is very unprofessional. First time, she scheduled Tuesday for someone to come to get an estimate, No one ever show up. And she said she could not schedule a specific time and I have to wait for the whole day. So after I waited, I called back again scheduled a new appointment for 3pm Wednesday. Surprising she can schedule a specific appointment at this time. Of course no one never showed up again. No calls either, So I called back again saying I could not wait until 5 pm kid have lots of activities we need to send to. Again no one called to reschedule either. So this morning I called back, of course Tracy answer again, keeps saying "Kevin has it" No apologies, very nasty, talk over customer. saying it is raining so no one can come. I simply just ask her to have someone call me to reschedule. After I got really pissed, she finally tells me she can let Kevin to call me, Then Kevin called me, telling me He never got a ticket to give me an estimate. So Tracy just have been playing games with me. I do not have lots of time to waste on her, be aware if Tracy handles your call. You might get tricked by her. Very rude and nasty. Could not believe she can hold a job for long.
