HUGE selection of DVDs, though I'd like to see more Blu-ray. Still, much better selection than Netflix. Friendly and helpful staff.

Naro Video is the best! Any movie you can think of, they probably have it. Everyone is friendly and makes the process very easy if you feel intimidated by it all. Just go in, find your movie (or show), take it to the front, and they'll help you the rest of the way

This place is impressive in so many ways. The staff is always super friendly. They have literally THE biggest collection/selection of movie rentals on the east coast. The place is simply a must see if you are in Norfolk. The rentals are extremely well priced. There are tons of deals. Support this incredible local business! There's a slot in the door where you can return movies whenever it's easiest for you- even if the place is closed. You'll find lots of fantastic movies here that you will not find anywhere else- not on HBO or Netflix.
