My wife came in on 9/14 around 5pm to simply purchase some shampoo and hair dye and the associate working was an absolute terror for no apparent reason whatsoever. She was made to feel uncomfortable practically the whole time she was in the store. She's a master esthetician working at a med spa in the Richmond area and has purchased items from here online before. The associate basically denied her business saying she needed physical proof of her license, even though it's on file already, as she's purchased online as I stated. The associate was about as rude as you can possibly be and made my wife feel as though she was some sort of criminal for literally trying to buy hair dye. She will never be returning to this store and I hope they go out of business treating their customers in such an aggressive, caustic fashion.

Don't expect to go here and even buy a hair brush without your salon license. My daughter really wanted the Tiana hairbrush they sold but we couldn't even buy that. This store is for "licensed" beauticians only. They should consider at least selling items that don't require a license to use to the general public.

The folks working at this location are so sweet and knowledgeable and the store is always organized. This team takes what they do very seriously and you can tell. It is a whole experience going into this store and that's why this is the only SalonCentric in RVA area that I will go to. And really loving how inclusive the store is becoming due to the additions of new hair care lines for textured hair. Long overdue!
