    I initially had an issue with a last minute cancellation. The team worked hard to fix the problem, and it is scheduled to be delivered the next day.

    Beginning of the delivery process was a bit rough with delays and notification errors. Customer service helped to sort things out and make the actual delivery go smoothly. Delivery guys were very friendly and made sure they handled the package with care and dropped it off where I wanted it. My recommendation to the company would be to reach out to customers when there are cancellations rather than the automated phone call that was confusing. Also, try to figure out what causes the false notifications of delivery attempts and delays.

    *** FAIR WARNING*** RXO was over a month late to install my appliances; The installer was not vetted, at all, and refused to install one of my appliances ("We usually just put Pelaton's together"). This was in November- Now in May, my dishwasher has a water leak due to incompetence of not tightening a hose. Management's lack of attention will affect the safety of your home long after they leave.

    Company called and told me the day before delivery that there truck was in accident on the first phone call the second phone call the lady said the delivery was over booked. Probably will never receive my mattress that I ordered!!!
