Amazing team of guys to work with! Chris was there every step of the way, left no questions unanswered, and made the process for our family so much easier. They actually care about their clients, and it was so much easier than dealing with a realtor. Waiting weeks/months and dealing with multiple showings just didnt work for us, but Maxsin did. Definitely recommend for families with elders who need a fast solution, without being taken advantage of. They do not judge, take your property how you bring it to the table, and get it done! Its refreshing to see a team of younger guys doing such amazing work.

We acquired this team of professionals on September 14th, 2023. The team comprises of "Maxsin Investment Group aka Home Buyers" with Andrew Ervin & Addison Walker, "Cambridge Escrow and Title aka Title Services" with Tammy Squires, & Tami Wales, The Law Office of Bryan K. Streeter, PLLC aka Closing Attorney" with Bryan K. Streeter. This team of 3 companies helped myself and two other siblings, with selling and closing our mom's home in Richmond, Virginia on October 18th, 2023. It took about a month and four days to close our mom's home. There are three of us siblings and I'm glad that we acquired this team because, they were very professional, as they answered all of our questions during every stage of the process of escrow from the first signage of a contract and what information is in it with detailed words and explanations prior to signing the contract.
