Everything is convenient and on zoom. I get reminders about my upcoming meetings. Ms. Oliver makes sure that she is on the screen in a timely manner. She addresses my concerns and makes sure that my meds are working well with me and I am able to get refills when needed.

Kemet Health is an extremely disorganized organization. The billing practices are shady at best and even the admin cant keep up with the frequent changes. I am not sure how many times I have had to ask for clarification on my billing because the payment systems would change, or there were double or obscure charges on my invoice. In addition, a Kemet admin sent out a mass email, copying all of the patients email addresses (not BCC), asking for private information for billing purposes. Naturally, some people replied all and sent sensitive information to all of the copied patients. I even wonder if it was a HIPAA violation of some sort, exposing names of all patients at their practice. After being told by my psychiatrist that my side effects to my new medication were not real, I consulted my primary care doctor, who told me that it is an extremely common side effect for the specific medication I was on. For these reasons, I felt that Kemet Health was not the right fit for me in any way.

She was very thorough and listened to me. We came up with a good plan. This was my first visit. I feel hopeful.

Dr. Adam is super friendly and made me so comfortable during our appointment. Such a wonderful feeling that he genuinely cares about his patient ! Thanks Dr. Adam
