        The employees here really care about your children and the level of instruction is fantastic. They have done a great job fostering a love for learning with my child. My child is kindergarten ready and loves going to school. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to share my child with the teachers here.

        Our son has been with Kinder care since Feb 2023. We joined here from another day care as we moved to Springfield from Alexandria. We were recommended to this by the the previous day care director. Our primary reason putting our son here is Ms. Bibi and so far we have had a good experience.

        I love this school the whole management and stuff they are very professionals they know what they are doing I really recommend this location. The director and Bebe they are very amazing and the teachers I really satisfied I dont worry about my child.

        Our son has been with West Springfield Kindercare since July 2021 and our daughter since Oct 2023. Both enjoy the activities and learning opportunities everyday. The staff is very welcoming, saying hello with a smile when we walk into the center and classrooms. You can tell everyone who works there care about the families.

        Original 5 star review: Although it is only her third day, I wanted to thank you all for providing a wonderful experience for my daughter. Yesterday she was sad to leave when I picked her up. That speaks volumes to the environment and puts me at ease as I begin transitioning back to work.
