I hired SQ Consultants to inspect my home for potential structural issues. Syed was a pleasure to speak to and very professional in addressing all my concerns. He was honest and saved me thousands of dollars from other "Foundational Experts" that claimed that my home needed over $50K in repairs. For anyone with concerns regarding the structure integrity of their home, I highly recommend SQ Consultant services. Please hire a professional non-biased opinion such as SQ Consultants, before hiring any contractors and/or "foundation service repair experts".

Hired SQ Consultants to determine if the house was safe to live in after a 75' tree fell on the roof and smashed the chimney and did considerable damage to the inside. I was pleased with their work.

I want to thank SQ Consultants INC for their due diligence, expertise, and ability to navigate through a difficult project. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Qamer on a commercial project that involved several parties. On my first day speaking with Mr. Qamer, he reassured me that we would be able to get this project under control and overcome the red tape that was involved between architects as well as the county. Mr. Qamer was given very little lead time to start the project and he jumped in immediately the following day up against clients and the county without hesitation. Mr. Qamer was very thorough in explaining the process and steps that needed to be taken to satisfy the requirements for the county. Even after Mr. Qamer finished inspecting the structural integrity of the project, we continued to run into roadblocks with the county and original architect of the project. Mr. Qamer never hesitated to make phone calls, answer emails, revisit the site where the project was taking place, and write additional reports to satisfy all parties involved in the project. Mr. Qamer went above and beyond on this project. The dedication SQ Consultants INC provides to each project they work on is rare in this industry. I contacted SQ Consultants about a shed foundation after county permit inspection issues. Mr. Syed Qamer from SQ Consultants was quick to respond, attentive, and took the time to speak with me in detail about the situation. He gave appropriate advice, and then called the county on my behalf. I will go to him for any structural engineering needs, and I highly recommend his services.
