One lesson learned: If you're a "weekend-warrior, home-owner" type like me, DO ask how to load the paper SNUGLY into this beast, particularly if you plan to use thick paper like 20 or 36 grit. This machine is used by professionals. Homeowners will end up loading, re-loading and re-RE-loading heavy grit paper a few times before getting it snug (less than 1/32 inch play) on the drum. The good part: Once it's on snug, your paper can last up to an hour of continuous sanding!
(1/8 inch or more of play between the drum and the paper results in immediate failure of the paper: Within seconds you'll hear a loud slapping of loose paper on a high-speed drum hitting the floor)
