Do not let your children enter this place. The beautiful building and facility hides the fact that they have really bad and abusive teachers. My son went there for kindergarten and I pulled him out after he told me the teacher physically squeezed his neck when he did not listen to her. She apparently did this several times. My son had a speech delay when he was younger and didn’t tell me this until school was near the end. Be aware of this place.

We love this school. Our kids have been there for three years and the new leadership is wonderful. Unfortunately there is a lot of teacher turnover, which is why I ranked 4 stars.. this was probably an issue inherited from the previous leadership. Of course teacher turnover isn't great for little kids, but there are some incredible teachers who have stayed - Ms. Yessica was amazing with our daughter when she was 3, and Ms. Jenna is wonderful with our daughter who is now 4 years old. Mr. Jamazze is loved by all the kids. The director and asst. director care about our children a lot and do everything they can do help them succeed.

The academic program here is top notch, and the teachers are all wonderful human beings! My son loves all of the teachers he comes in contact with, for sure. That being said, I rated Only 3 stars because of the other little issues that add up to a lot of frustration. This program is SUPER expensive- and while we chose to pay this cost to get the best care and convenience we could for our child, this particular location doesn’t always live up to that expectation. There’s rarely anyone at the front desk to greet people or provide help for any questions you may have, staff (especially the piano teacher) often park in the spaces closest to the building instead of leaving those spaces for their parents (who are customers!), their technology seems to always be malfunctioning (the check-in computers, the child locator screen, the big wall of classroom surveillance- something is always down and needing repair), and like another mother said- parents aren’t always notified of incidents when their child is harmed by another child. I had to ask the teacher what the heck was going on after my kid came home multiple times saying he got hit by another kid. The teacher explained a child in the class was indeed having behavior issues that they were trying to resolve, but I was Never notified. In general it’s a great program with great teachers, but for the cost, I expect a much higher degree of convenience and customer service

I started my baby here when he was 8 months old and as a first time mom, it was so incredibly hard to even think of having someone else watch my child. But the fantastic care and loving attention his teachers and all the staff have given him has not only made that transition easier, but assured me it was the right thing to do. They do art work with babies, music time, teach them sign language, talk to them, and take them outside to play or go for walks inside the beautiful building. The meals and snacks provided are nutritious and balanced. Everything is recorded on their app, LifeCubby, so you can keep track of your child's day. Sometimes they'll even add pictures on the app which I just absolutely loved. The monitors in the lobby are reassuring, as is the tight security entry. They also called whenever there was a minor injury to let me know what happened, which I appreciated. Overall, I have found creme de la creme to be professional, fantastic and great for my toddler, who now plays very well with other kids thanks to the socialization and loves going to school in the morning. The only reason we left this school is because we have moved out of the area, or we would've kept him here through kindergarten! Thank you Creme!

While this school has an amazing academic program and style that I absolutely fell I love with and is clean and safe from the outside dangers. Your child is not necessarily safe from other students nor will the school notify you when your child is assaulted by another student unless it leaves a mark or unless the incident happens to the child’s head. However hair pulling is not considered hurting someone’s head. Well my child has been enrolled for three months and has been hit about her head and body with never an incident report from the school. My daughter is unhappy with attending the school because of two other students both of whom have chronic behavior issues. They have both hit my daughter previously in the head and pinched her and no report has been sent home. Well yesterday I witnessed the most violent scene in music class. The male problem child was clearly having issues and running around knocking stuff over when my daughter and I walked into class as my daughter tried to put her jacket on the table this child ran up to her and used his entire body to body slam my child into the wall. The child was not immediately removed he was then throwing instruments or pieces of instruments at his fellow classmates who were nicely lined up trying to leave the room. As the teacher was chasing the child around the room this child then walked up to other students closed his fist and began punching his other classmates in the back of the head. He was not restrained or removed from the room. The teacher called for help and while waiting for help the child continues knocking chairs over and punching other students in the head repeatedly and the only thing that was said to him was that this be was unacceptable. When the other teacher finally arrived to help the student still was not removed from the room and this other teacher only tried to ask the kid what he was going to be for Halloween. Within thirty minutes that child was back in the room with the children he assaulted. He was not made to apologize to my daughter or the class as a whole. So effectively that child was taught there are no consequences for bad behavior and that you can act out and physically hurt other students without taking responsibility for your actions. The students who were assaulted were also taught that this is ok and that their body and personal space is not important or in need of being protected. He later that day was pulling my daughters hair. Which again I was told is normal and not a big deal. The parents were not made to come and get their child for the day and now the school refuses to move this kid out of my daughters class and refuses to move my daughter out of harms way from this child. This 4 yo child had his 4 yo birthday at the beginning of October and had already been in the 4 yo class since September as he celebrated his birthday in my child’s pre K class even though this child will not be headed to kindergarten next year due to our county’s rules and clearly is not ready to be a part of a classroom with other 4 yo. As soon as I can find another center to care for and educate my child that will be done. It seems in my conversations with the director that it is more important to protect themselves and this one kid over the entire class of students If your child is in Ms. Jessica’s class at the Port Potomac Woodbridge location and did not receive an incident report please talk to your child about being punched in the head repeatedly yesterday by another student. I was also told that the well being of the other children in my daughters class is not my concern so this is the only way you will find out what is really going on in your child’s classroom.
